Order was okay, some issues
I ordered a few things, specifically some Getrocknete Ancho Chilis, a Jarritos Limonade, and a bag of Totopos Tortilla Chips. The chips arrived a bit crushed, which was a bummer, but the chilis were good quality. The Jarritos tasted fine, no issues there. Shipping took about 5 days to reach me here in Munich, which was a bit longer than I hoped, especially since I've had faster deliveries from other stores. Packaging could be better for fragile items. Customer service was responsive when I asked about the delivery time, so that was a plus. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not perfect.
Good order, fast delivery
Just got some Tomatillos and a pack of Tortillas de Maiz from Mexhaus. Everything arrived super quick, like 3 days, and was packed well. Made some salsa verde that night, and the tomatillos were really fresh. Happy with it.
Consistent quality and service
I've ordered from Mexhaus a few times now, and they're always reliable. This last time, I got some Habanero Saucen and a Molcajete Mörser. The sauces are always spot on, and the molcajete was carefully packed, no chips or anything. Delivery took about 4 days to get to me in Berlin, which is pretty standard for them. Their product descriptions are accurate, and I appreciate that they carry some of the harder-to-find items like Flor de Calabaza, even if I didn't get it this time. It's why I keep coming back.
